Hello,

First we want to thank you for taking time out of your day to review our profile. We also want to thank you for thinking and choosing an adoption plan for your child. Lastly we want to thank you for choosing life for your child. We know this is a life changing decision and it isn't taken lightly. We pray you find the perfect family for your child.

About Us

p6160740 78We are Justin, Lori, & Titus. We have been married 10 years and have grown closer and more in love each day. We enjoy life and make sure we spend time together at least once a week as a family. We are a Christian family and are very involved with our church. We work along side some other wonderful leaders in our church's youth group and love working with teens. We have many friends and members of our church that have adopted. We love that our church has such a heart for adoption.


We adopted Titus in 2009, he was 4 days old when we brought him home.

                              Why do we want to adopt?
1. Adoption is the only way we can grow our family.
2. We believe we are adopted into God's family and want to show that same love to others.
3. We have been called to adopt.

About Justin by Lori

221801 10152063402905486 1139356966 n 79Justin is an amazing man. While he isn't perfect, he works hard and loves his family. Justin is a Paramedic for a local medical transport company and he also works on a local volunteer rescue squad. Justin is a HUGE Ohio State Buckeyes fan. It is rare if he misses a football game during the fall. Justin has a big heart for the teens, he fits in with them and they all love him. He enjoys mentoring and watching them grow in their faith.
Justin makes sure he takes time out of his schedule each week for some quality time with Titus. They will go to the park, ride bikes, play outside, or play board games inside. He is a very loving husband and father.



About Lori by Justin

gedc4259 80Lori is a caring and loving mom & wife. She stays home to take care of the house and family. Lori has a degree in Secondary Education and plans to homeschool our children at least through elementary. Lori is a giver, she would give the shirt of her back if someone needed it. She is very loyal to her friends and family, she would never do anything on purpose to cause you hurt. She loves mentoring the teenage girls at church and working with both the jr. high and high school girls.



About Titus

Titus is a very energetic 4 year old who loves Superheros, Disney, and has a big imagination. Titus loves play-dates with friends, spending time with his grandparents & spending time with the teens at church. Titus will be a great big brother! Titus also enjoys playing his guitar and riding his 4 wheeler at grandmas.




p6290742 81We live in a small community among cornfields and farms. Our home is on the quiet edge of town with a large backyard to run and play. We have a small energetic dog who just loves attention.

Justin's family consists of 2 older brothers with wives, and 6 grand kids. Justin's dad is a pastor and his mom works for the missionary department of the denomination. We live 2 hours from his family and see them at least once a month. 

Lori's family consists of a sister who lives in Hawaii, a brother & sister in law that live in Maine, and a sister & brother in law who lives close to Lori's parents who live 10 miles from us. We see Lori's parents & youngest sister at least once a week. Currently Titus is the only grandchild, but a new cousin will be coming in April 2014.

Waiting and Trusting...those two words have come to be a large part of our lives the last 3 years.  Trusting in Christ is something that has never been easy for us. We want things on our time, not in his perfect timing. Waiting on the Lord isn't easy either, again we want it in our time. Openness in Adoption

I ask myself why is it so hard for me to be open in an adoption? Well because I don't want to share my children. Many people will see this as selfish. I look at it this way. If you can have biological kids do you share them with another family, let the other family call them "aunt so & so"? Do you schedule visits with them so they can see your child? No you don't. So why would you expect me to give this lady, yes who did carry my child & allow me to adopt them because they are unable to care for them for whatever reason it may be, all the same rights as any parent or any visits?  You gave this child into my care for me to raise trusting and knowing I would make the life for this child. Why shouldn't it be my decision to decide who they spend time with. I get to choose where they go to school, who they play with, what I allow in my home, but an agency is going to tell me I have to let someone I am not comfortable with visit with my child. Learning to Wait....Patiently

Eight months ago I was so focused on a little boy who stole my heart, his big brown eyes, perfect skin tone, teeny tiny fingers & toes. All these things belonged to a little boy who was in the Cardiac ICU. He was so little, his heart beat so fast, he was using oxygen to help him breath, it didn't seem like he was even mine it happened so fast. A little boy who I fell in love with as soon as I saw him, but yet still seemed like a stranger. I was scared to hold him, scared to cuddle, so many wires and monitors. It was hard to see and watch. I knew God had a plan, I knew God was in control, and I knew God created this little boy for His glory and placed him in our family for a specific reason. Our eight week stay wasn't long by any means and as I think back to that time I feel like it went fast, but I remember how slow that time went. I couldn't wait to take this boy to his new home.
